Yes, we ship to over 220 countries from Canada and US. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Keep all fragrances in a cool, dry area, and away from windows as sunlight can unbalance the various ingredients. An opened bottle should be kept in its box to insure a longer shelf life.
We stock thousands of fragrances, many of these have been discontinued. Our buyers travel the globe purchasing entire inventories of hard to find or discontinued fragrances to store in our temperature and humidity controled warehouse.
To get your fragrance spraying again please follow these instructions below: Hold one finger against the spray nozzle. Use your other finger to pump the spray 10-15x. Remove your finger from the spray nozzle. Pump the spray another 10-15x as needed. Allow the fragrance bottle to settle for 5-10 minutes. Your fragrance bottle should be fully functional now! Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
