With over 4,000 products in stock and many more arrive each day, we try our BEST to present an actual photo of the item listed. Sometimes this is not possible and default to a previous year's version or a different sized bottom to capture the essence of the item. Our customers should NOT rely on the image to represent the item they may receive. Again, we try our best and most product are representative of what you would receive!
Simply contact us for a return label. All orders can be returned up to 30 days after the order date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to us in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.
Occasionally we feature promotional coupons. Follow these simple steps for redeeming a coupon or discount code.
- On the "Proceed to Checkout" page, enter the code exactly as it appears, in the box next to "Coupon Code:"
- Click "apply" and your discount will be applied and shown at checkout.
